What I Learned in English 10 Second Quarter

I learn about irony and how it can make you think that, that how it should trun out but it dosnt happened like that. Like in lamb of the Slughter insted of her getting cought she didnt they eat the edvidece. Also i learned about theme and all the steps to it. Like the theme to stroy of the catch the moon the theme was that you have to let out you grife. I also learned about ambaquid with the note and the bottle. You never find out what happenens to the person. Character is another important thing that i learn. Without character you wouldnt have a story charcter is a person that is in a play or a peom or and show.Third person is one of the other thing we learned. Ostmist is one thing too. I learned so much this quater.

"Lamb to the Slaughter" Detective

If i was to be the detective i would have check the whole house. Remember he said something like he was hit up side the head. Well the first thing i would do is check everything that is in the freezer because if it is hard enough to kill someone. Also i would go to the grocery store and ask the guy what time he got there. then i would test and see how long it was ago it was.

Shop till you drop

Shop till you drop is such a blessing for the kids we can get so much thing. Im so greatful for what they give us like the christmas one was so great and also a lot of poeple got a lot of good things i won a bike and my sister won a ike to. Comparison Essay

Both in love and want to impress there love for there life. One of them got the girl and the other didn't. One of them was a juvenile kid and the other is a fisher kid that love to fish its his passion. In the stories "The bass, the River, and Shelia Mant" and "Catch the Moon" it shows that when in love young people tend to do things that impress the person they like.

The narrator and Sheila were having a semi relationship. He wants to be in the relationship with the girl Sheila but he battles with with catching fish and impressing the girl. He changed who he was to impress her. He could have got the biggest fish he could catch but instead he went with the girl and cut his line. So the girl at the end she left him for the man with the car. At the end he realized that he shouldn't change himself for a girl..

Luis and Noami are the two main character in the story "Catch the Moon". Luis mother had died and he didn't know how to get over the death of his mother. One day He was crying and Noami saw him crying and she drew a picture of him on top of a mountain of hubcaps. When he saw it and all of suddenly he got over the grief of his mom. He learned how to get over the grief with his mom and he learned how to love not only his self but he learned how to love other people.

Both in love and want to impress the girls of there life. So on some levels of life you shouldn't change your self for someone. An not getting over grief can really hurt you and make you a different person, but when you find that one person you really like that can change your life.

Caught the Moon

I guess that was kind of fun. The only problems is that i seen the movie freedom riders so many time that I can mouth everything that they say. So broding but during the basketball i love it and it was good exciting the sophomores won two games but the jouner beat us. Only because they weren't is tried as us because they didn't have competition the first two games. our team is still the best we don't have to prove nothing. When it was time for volleyball everything was out of control people were yelling at each other and they were just being mean on team that didn't do is the sophomores so stick that in your juicy box. ONE THREE!!!

I see the couch and the t.v also see the gun and my dad and mom and my sister brother. I can feel my heart goings out of my chest. They had guns and they invaded our house. i ws scared i didnt know what to do. It was like two or three hours into death in the house. At the time my dad had to leave the house and it was just my mom sister,bother and me. Guns were to all of ours heads and we had to stay still. The cops were surrounded the house. I thought that was ending of my life. Intill my dad came back upinto the house and told us to be queit because he had his gun. What I`m writing about is this time i went to Knots berry farm. It was so good in till the little incident.

Hello my name is Andreaqua and one of my great memroires is one day i went to go the Knots Berry Fram it was so cool i loved it. But it was a long drive form here to there. I remenber being in the car and and me and my sister were talking aboutcar crashes. When we got the place our eye got big and we look amanized. My dad when on every ride and we also went and had a buffet. All the rides were good i didnt go on any but i tried some. So i guess my dad got mad and told me if i dont go on the ride and stop being scard he wa going to take me home. So were in line and me and my sister saw the high the ride was and me her freaked out. So as we approch the ride my eyes got bigger and bigger. My heart thump we got on the ride and the people told us that the rise was 1,050 feet high me and sister tried to get of the ride but they would let us so i was so mad. So when the ride came all the way up my dad look at me and said "Baby i dint know the ride was this high". I swer my heart stop then next thing i know i was falling. After that I had pee on my self that how scared i was. But now it just a funny memorie.

Well this school year is going to be different. I am going to be the best at everything that i do so that i could get my self pass. One of my most embarrassing moments was when I was at knots berry farm and I was so scared. It all happened when we to the board of LA and my mom had made me go with them. I look around and saw a whole bunch rides so kiddy others adults rides with mean big huge colossal rides. I rode a few of them not all but little did I know we were working our way up to the supreme scream. Come to find out when I was talking to my sister we in line for the ride. I turned and look at my dad in hatred I tried to turn back but it was too late I was already there. My heart bounded though my shirt and I could feel the sweet coming down my face. As we approached the ride my heart stopped I look up and panicked. The man strapped us in and laughed. The ride began to go and up and up after we reach the top my dad told me he was sorry because he didn’t know the ride was 1,500 feet in the air. My heart thumbed and soon when the ride went down I threw up on the girls below us. When we got of the ride they were ready to fight but I pay no mind. That was the most embarrassing moment in my life.

On Firday my weekend was horriable i did absolutely, nothing. I was expecting one of those weekend that like a dream. No wrong i woke up to realilty

My frist day of school wass kind of great. I have a lot of good classes and i think that i would do much better and i would try my best to be the best student. Last year it was not so great but this year is going to be so great. I am trying to get a stomp class and hoping that Tia would appove of it so im in the bag with this one but my frist day was the best day so i love my frist day

Summer vac it so much fun i love it i have my brithday coming up and im so happy.
There is alot i want to do for my brithday but frist and for most im going to dance and have fun with my friends and girls in my house. I also now there will be no drama in the house when having my praty so im pretty excited about that. i want to invite eveyone but i cant but it ok im ok with that . Theres goging to be so much food there that we going to be able to feed the hole campuse. My brithday im so happy.

Family

My family although we whent though hard times we still love each other. My family been though ups and downs but we still stay by each other sides. Being in the system has made me realize that being here makes me really miss my mom and dad. I never knew someone can miss peoeple that much, but now i know im lost and and basicly dead with out them. Now im grtting second thought about being alive without them. I miss them so much it hurts to even think of them.

BBQ DAY!!!!!

Today we had the best day ever. There was a lot of games involed and people were having fun. They had pie eating contast and they had watermelon eating contest. We even came up with a cheer that we had to hant it was amazing. Class of 2013 had camein thrid placein basckball. Althougt we lost a lot of them we still had fun and injoyed our selfs that a day that i would never forget. We all had a chance go back into kid moad by jumping on the jumper. There was no drama and everybody had a chance to just hang out and be free that was the best day ever. GO CLASS OF 2013 WE ARE THE BEST 1.3.

I think that using blog post are great in many ways. First with having blog post you can post your homework on the blog. Also you can post a lot cool things like you make layouts and put music on it and you can post thing in your personal life. In 8 years im going to be a chef. What i like about being a chef is that i get to be creative and make your own menu. Sometime when being a chef you can make your own shows and make up your own food. Also with being a chaf make 140,000 dollars a year. That is so much money and i could live a good life and dont have to live from pay check to pay check.

Hey something amazing happened to me I was so freak out! There was a huge earthquake on Easter at 3:45 that afternoon. That afternoon I was sleeping on the coach in till I felt the shaking. I woke in shock thinking I was going to die. My friend July looked at me and said "Is that a earthquake?" We ran outside screaming. The earthquake started at Mexicli. The earhtquake was 7.2 in California but it was only a aftershocke it was so scary.
